Repairs

The scope of services within the scope of repairs shall be determined by our offer. Any terms and conditions of the customer to the contrary shall not be valid. Subsidiary agreements and subsequent amendments shall require our written confirmation in order to be valid.

The risk for the object to be repaired remains with the client in any case. We shall insure it against transport and other risks only at the express request of the client and only at the client's expense.

If the client wishes a cost estimate with binding prices before the repair is carried out, this must be expressly requested by the client. Unless otherwise agreed, such a cost estimate shall only be binding if it is submitted in writing.

The services rendered for the purpose of submitting a cost estimate as well as any further expenses incurred and to be substantiated (fault-finding time equal to working time) shall be invoiced to the Client if the repair cannot be carried out by moerel guitars for justifiable reasons, in particular because the defect complained of did not occur during the inspection or because spare parts cannot be procured.
